*This poem was inspired by Randy Pausch the author of The Last Lecture.
Within this poem, there is a lesson to be learned and a very positive one too.

Lecture
Have you ever stopped and stared at a block and wondered how can I learn from you? Why if your answer is "Yes", then please allow me to explain a bit more.
You expect for instructions to come flowing directly at you correct? "correct.
"I know, I know" where your brain is headed with this, as your eyes are drawn back to looking at that block in front of you "Again".
You're train of thought became confused.
Now how about looking at the "block" in a very positive manner, which I bet only a few of you will only get this.
Not everything comes with instructions that we are meant to see.
Let's take our Parent, Teacher, Professor, co-workers, etc. When you see them, you see just a person correct? "Correct" nowhere is where you're wrong.
Your Parent, Teacher, and Professor's and don't forget co-workers, they lead you with instructions, now do you see? Not every instruction is meant to be seen, it's only to be "HEARD"!
Now if you are still confused about where I am going with this then, that means you haven't figured out that your the "Instructor"

Would't it be nice
Oh, wouldn't it be nice if I said Hello? Why I wouldn't have a problem.
Oh, wouldn't it be nice if I told you, I'll see you tomorrow but, not today? That would be alright with me.
Oh, wouldn't be nice if I brought you a sundae? Why I wouldn't mind, as long as I get to pick out the my favorite toppings.
Oh, why sure you can as, I hold a smile.
Why wouldn't it be nice if, I greeted you with a thank you? Why I wouldn't have a problem but, just remember that not everyone greets you back with you're welcome.
Now that wouldn't be nice at all.

Warrior Child
I was once afraid just like you standing behind a, close drawn shades scared to allow the light to shine through.
Holding my heart within my hand as, tears began to draw down my face.
looking for that person who can comfort me when, I began to realize the only person who can comfort me, is only myself.
I stand up tall today drawing open the shades, I once was afraid to open with sober tears that, was once's so clear to see.
I now stand tall looking back at the person who I once's called me, standing with bravery within my heart inside of me.
I just cope with it, to draw the sun in to dry up all the rain.
Now as of today I am sharing my story so, its not painful as it was yesterday because now I stand up to be a warrior.
Note: I have written this poem as part of my biography, as one day you will hear the rest of my story.

Storm
One simple lonely rose standing ever so tall along the side of a broken bridge wall.
Shedding broken petals as the wall begins to crumble.
Losing something that it was close to.
If you ever find me broken within side would you ever mend me back together?
I don't want to carry on with a broken heart.
So I am asking you please don't ever leave me to be.
Is there anyone out there who can help me.

Remembrance
Eighteen tears of sadness fall from, nine hearts who love you so.
As you have left behind your strength, for us to grasp onto.
We will always keep your spirit alive deep within our hearts.
May you continue to watch over us, from above.
